I think rdfs:label is use for other things >(display labels). you could still extract hints from it, which may or may not allow the server to create more meaningful URI path components than pretty much random ones. but his would not be as visible as using slug headers, which are part of the HTTP conversation and thus make this behavior accessible without having to make any assumptions about content. cheers, dret.
