LDP Ad hoc call with TimBL on Tuesday September 3

Hi,

Per our discussion on Monday's call I've arranged with the W3C Team for a 
special call to take place so that we can discuss Tim's comments on the 
LDP spec.

Unfortunately he won't be able to join our face to face meeting so this is 
our opportunity to discuss with him possible ways to address his comments. 
We aren't going to have the time to discuss every comment one by one but 
hopefully we can get out of the call some directions that will allow us to 
make our face to face meeting productive.

Every WG member is welcome to join the call.
