LDP Primer - progress and plans

Hi Arnaud,

Roger and I have been working on moving the examples we had in the wiki
to ReSpec format and doing the changes to comply with the latest changes to
the spec after the F2F3. We are halfway through [1].

We still miss some examples and need like two more weeks complete the
examples and polish the text a bit. After that we will be ready for a
review from the WG and then go for the FPWD. We already have two action
items ACTION-70 and ACTION-71 for Ashok and Henry for reviewing the primer.

So if we follow a similar plan to UCR FPWD:

19.08.2013: Editor's draft is frozen for review by the WG; the WG has two
weeks to raise issues against it.
02.09.2013: Deadline for raising issues as input for the editors; the WG
has two weeks to dispose of the raised issues
09.09.2013: Editor as one week to annotate the draft with the open issues.
F2F4: WG to decide go/no-go on publication of FPWD

We will have to check with Ashok and Henry if these days works for them for
the review. If they are ok, will the above timeline work ?
