Hi everyone, I'm a research assistant at the Knowledge Media Institute at The Open University (England). I work for John Domingue who already introduced himself last week. Previously, I worked for Systinet (a provider of Web Services platforms) and STI Innsbruck, a research institute at the University of Innsbruck. I have W3C experience mainly from the SOAP and WSDL WGs (I edited the WSDL 2.0 RDF mapping), and I chaired the SAWSDL WG, plus I'm a coathor of the WSMO-Lite W3C submission [1] that builds on SAWSDL. My interests revolve around services, semantic data, and the Web. I see Linked Data as a subset of the Semantic Web, and I expect that standards for LD will be helpful also for services on the Semantic Web. Best regards, Jacek "Jack" Kopecky [1] http://w3.org/Submission/WSMO-Lite -- The Open University is incorporated by Royal Charter (RC 000391), an exempt charity in England & Wales and a charity registered in Scotland (SC 038302).
