accessibility info ATMs ?

Hi,

Somewhat on-topic question, are there initiatives specifically for mapping accessibility of ATM (cash machines) ?
Even in this digital era, people still want/need to use cash, hence the need to be able to use ATM (inside or outside a building)
and I've noticed that at least some banks in Belgium made some efforts to accommodate the visual impaired and/or wheel chair users.

Same could be said about various ticket machines in railway stations, parkings etc
