Dear LD4LT members, After some time of silence, we would like to reconvene meetings and follow up on the activities presented during the 9th Workshop on Linked Data in Linguistics (at LREC-COLING 2024). During the LD4LT session, the progress and plans ahead for the two lines of future activities (metadata and linguistic annotation formats) were presented. However, there have been no set meetings after this workshop, due to other ongoing work, especially in the context of the OntoLex W3C group. Two OntoLex modules (Morph and FrAC) are about to be finalized and can/should be taken into account also for the planned works in LD4LT. Moreover, the current landscape with data-driven and AI technologies creates new requirements for language data and metadata in the linked data paradigm that we should further investigate and specify. We would, therefore, like to invite you to a meeting in the first weeks of December, where we can discuss the current status and see how we can organize the schedule and work with regular telcos for LD4LT. Please, respond to this doodle with your availabilities: https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/erXP3KWb Kind regards, John McCrae Christian Chiarcos Penny Labropoulou
