** apologies for cross-posting ** SALLD-3 @ LDK 2023 – 3rd Workshop on Sentiment Analysis & Linguistic Linked Data Call for Papers SALLD-3 – the third workshop on Sentiment Analysis and Linguistic Linked Data – will be held in conjunction with LDK 2023<https://2023.ldk-conf.org/> at the University of Vienna, Austria, on September 13 (tentative), 2023. The half-day workshop will provide a forum for discussion about the integration of Linguistic Linked Data principles in the Sentiment Analysis field, to explore relevant methods, resources, tools and applications, and understand the primary approaches, their advantages and limitations, as well as the available resources and case studies. The SALLD series was initiated in the framework of NexusLinguarum COST Action – European network for Web-centred linguistic data science (CA 18209<https://nexuslinguarum.eu/>) and has its support. SALLD-1<https://www.salld.org/> was held in conjunction with LDK 2021 – 3rd Conference on Language, Data and Knowledge – in Zaragoza, Spain on September 1, 2021, and SALLD-2<https://www.salld.org/salld-2/> was held in conjunction with LREC 2022 in Marseille, France, on June 24, 2022. The main aim is to combine different issues pertaining to Sentiment Analysis with those related to Linguistic Linked (Open) Data, including – but not limited to – the following topics: * Emotion generation and intent classification * Lexical/Textual resource modelling, annotation, and conversion to linked data * Metadata, categories, workflows, keywords, and standards * Understanding and predicting user and group behavior * Offensive language identification, classification, and interaction with polarity and emotion * Sentiment-based identification of radicalization and misinformation SALLD-3 will feature invited talks by: * Olga Dontcheva-Navrátilová (Masaryk University, Czech Republic) et al. Czech offensive language taxonomy; * Barbara Lewandowska-Tomaszczyk (State University of Applied Sciences in Konin, Poland) et al. Offensive language taxonomy cross-linguistically for LLOD; * Artem Revchenko (Semantic Web Company, Austria) and Alexander Schindler (Austrian Institute of Technology, Austria), Rapid AI-based detection of aggressive or radical content on the web; * Felix Sasaki (SAP, Germany). Enterprise multilingual knowledge management: Lessons learned and ways forward. In addition, there will be oral presentations and a concluding panel.
