Consolidating linguistic annotations: name

Friends,

Per advice from the chair that a name for the current work toward
consolidated linguistic annotations be circulated on this listserv, I would
like to propose the name *Linguistic Annotations*.

It is simple. It permits a prefix, la:, that I don't think will intrude on
the preferred prefixes of adjacent technologies.
