[LD4LT] On Action 15 and Action 16

I had been assigned two actions.

Regarding action 15 I have got already a list of predicates of the 
property "rights/analysis", which I am now analyzing.
Regarding action 16, I have informed the ODRL community about out work. 
But still collecting feedback.
