# Minutes

TOPIC: new website
Max: No comment from the group, received comments from Mads and Georg,
RESOLUTION: publish the new version of the homepage
(if no objection after 5 working days)
ACTION: on Maxime to take the comments into account and merge in the github
repo
ACTION: on Georg to update the wiki homepage

TOPIC: BOT
Mads: <<Short overview of the BOT paper>>
Georg: <<Commenting the acknowledgement section, thanking the LBD group and
LDAC discussions>>
Max: some little changes to be reflected in the public documentation page.
Could be considered mature for publication as a final community group report
RESOLUTION: we will try to publish the BOT ontology document as a final
draft of the group
(9 voted 1, 1 voted 0, if no objection after 5 working days)

TOPIC: events
Joel: ASHRAE 223 (BACnet AP Working Group) is having meetings this weekend
(2020 ASHRAE Winter Conference) and will be reviewing the latest work in
Project Haystack, Brick and other work
NEW ITEM: Add agenda item for one of the next meetings for Joel to present
his work on bridging BOT, Brick, SSN, BEDES
Max: Propose modeling situations to challenge the way we model properties
value assignment and the different modeling levels
Max: Discuss the organisation of the LDAC summer school during the next
call ?
Anna: please send email to me directly if you want to suggest something for
the summer school. I am looking for a second person to help me with the
organisation of the event
Maria: should maybe keep the discussion internal to the LDAC organisation
committee for the moment. We have a call next week to discuss about LDAC.

TOPIC: Context Sensitive Property Concepts
Joel: <<explain and comments the email to the list>>
Max: maybe here we have conceptually two different properties (of two
different features of interest). So we can use the ontology for property
management to model that they are interdependent (their value is equal)
Georg: We need more calls on property modeling
NEW ITEM: Property modeling
Max: send around a call for 5min presentations on this topic?
Mathias: @Georg, please add my presentation on this topic to the github
repository, and the one of Michel too.

TOPIC: Thread on Data Dictionary (bSDD) extended adding uniform resource
identifier’s for linked data model
Max: Phil is not attending the call, so we postpone the agenda item to a
next call.

TOPIC: time to close the meeting. Other items are postponed to next calls
