1. You have to apply for membership by sending an email to me or Karl (official procedure will be updated on the www.realestatecore.io website shortly). As a member you can chair a working group. We take a yearly fee of €1000 for organization, for individuals it is free. Note that you do not have to be a member to use the ontology and to be active the development process.
2. BRICK-2-REC-2-BOT-2-BRICK
Defintely sounds like a good test
(Joakim Eriksson, Ri.se, works in https://fastighetsdatalabb.se/ <https://fastighetsdatalabb.se/> to implement REC-BRICK, I think he will be very interested in also including BOT.)
