cdt:ucum has its implementation and playground

Dear all,

/!\ cdt:ucum <http://w3id.org/lindt/custom_datatypes#ucum>, the RDF
datatype for measurements, has its implementation and playground /!\

Being able to describe measurements and their unit is a requirement that is
common for many applications in several industrial sectors such as
manufacturing, transport and logistics, personal and public health, smart
cities, energy, environment, buildings, agriculture. Different ontologies
have been developed to describe units, their relations, and measurements.

We propose an alternative approach based on RDF Datatypes, that leverages
the Unified Code of Units of Measures <http://unitsofmeasure.org/ucum.html>,
a code system intended to include *all* units of measures being
contemporarily used in international science, engineering, and
business.Using cdt:ucum and the other quantity datatypes, on may encode and
query of measurements in a lightweight manner, in a wide range of
applications where representing and reasoning with values is more important
than reasoning with unit.
