opinions on issue rml-fno-spec#48 - blank node constants?

Hi all,

If you've an opinion on whether blank nodes should be able to be created via a constant expression in RML, please comment on https://github.com/kg-construct/rml-fno-spec/issues/48.
I would like to decide on this during the next meeting on July 18th if possible.
