Charter discussion continues

I wanted to raise awareness on this PR: https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld-wg-charter/pull/11

In theory, this is (one of) the last PR(s) for our new charter.

Please take some time to review it thoroughly, comment on it, and/or +1 it (informally) to let us know you've seen it and what level of satisfaction you have with it currently.

Once these changes are in, my hope is to bring this to a vote in the coming week, so we can move onto the next phase of voting with the wider W3C membership.
