Re: [Agenda] JSON-LD Teleconference 2019-11-22

Regrets, I’ve updated some issues and created PRs.

Issue w3c/json-ld-api#219 requires a WG decision. Adding some text will keep the 1.0 behavior, which is pretty questionable, IMHO. If we were to remove support, we should clarify steps to make sure that blank nodes that happen to end in a gen-delim wouldn’t be used as a prefix.
