Re: F2F Meeting Minutes

The discussion on Framing blank node unnamed graphs https://www.w3.org/2018/json-ld-wg/Meetings/Minutes/2019/2019-02-08-json-ld#section5-11 <https://www.w3.org/2018/json-ld-wg/Meetings/Minutes/2019/2019-02-08-json-ld#section5-11> was actually about syntax#26 (https://github.com/w3c/json-ld-api/issues/26 <https://github.com/w3c/json-ld-api/issues/26>). Framing#27 (https://github.com/w3c/json-ld-framing/issues/27 <https://github.com/w3c/json-ld-framing/issues/27>) is really about framing anonymous named graphs, which we didn’t discuss.

Since this was the body of the discussion, I’d just suggest changing the title for 5.11 to "Ensure that blank node identifiers for anonymous graphs are reused”, and reference syntax#26 instead, but we probably need to agree to this on next Friday’s call.
