Redirection issue solved

A problem came up on our latest telco, namely that 

https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api/>

and 

https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api/latest/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api/latest/>

both lead to a 404. It is solved now, and both redirect to the CR.

P.S. The old https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-syntax/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-syntax/> url also redirects now to the CR (more exactly, it redirects to /TR/json-ld)

P.S.2. There are still issues with https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld1/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld1/> and https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api1/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api1/> which both go to the 1.0 versions; to be handled later, within the framework of a more general issue on versioning
