Just making a note here for the call today: we should have some words about the ‘rules’ that we want to know about the documents now: • It is o.k. to make non-normative or even non substantial changes without any extra admin. Echidna is o.k. for that. However, look at the last section on [1]: it requires a modification (adding an editorial=true parameter) to the setup • Any substantial change requires to go through the Director again • It is very important that all changes must be thoroughly documented (we have done that before, but worth emphasizing). It is probably a good idea to be even more granular than before: reference to the issues or PR-s that may have led to changes should be used for the changes in the list.
