from github.io.

   This document describes user requirements for text to speech of electronic documents
containing ruby, as Murata-san introduced i18n TPAC 2021 group meeting last week.


   Any feedback is welcome, and this document aims to be WG Note (although, no *solid* timeline
toward FP-NOTE yet).
