online meeting to re: Reorganizing JLReq character class

JLReq will have an online meeting to discuss reorganization of JLReq character class.

Background
One of major tasks we are are looking at for JLReq is internationalization. A part of the task is to expand the character set to Unicode. Most of JLReq layout behaviors are defined using its character class, and it currently covers only characters defined by JIS. Expanding it to Unicode poses many challenges. Also, there is a proposal to simplify the design of the character set.

We will discuss ideas and issues. We just began exchanging people’s thoughts, and therefore the discussion is still in very early stage.
