Gap Analysis: Progress on developing tests
Tajima-san started working on developing tests by converting EPUB tests developed by JAGAT. Starting with text-spacing.

Gap Analysis: Process
There was a discussion on the process of analyzing the gap between JLReq and the current CSS spec. Agreed on reviewing each JLReq sections at F2F meetings.

Gap Analysis: Discussions - need a holistic / real world approach?
This is a concern raised by Nat and others regarding the current approach that tests css one by one, and regarding the fact that there are important features that are untold or understated in JLReq.
A few outcomes
Suggestion for Nat to write up an essay describing the point he raised regarding the white space control
Agreed on developing style sheets, mostly as an activity in APL, that implements JLReq.
We want to improve this area in a future version of JLReq.
Actions
Make progress on developing CSS tests (Tajima-san, Murakami-san, Takase-san)
At the next F2F meeting we will review JLReq sections to find out gaps between JLReq and the current CSS spec. It might take more than one meeting. Kida to set it up.
Assign rough priority on each section (Bin-sensei. Kida will send a chart to him)
