敏先生、みなさま
英語のみのメールをいろいろ流していましたが、ここからは文章の修正関係ということで日本語に
させてください。

マージ関係(一部、その後、github移行時のだったというのもありましたが)で発生したと思われる
修正点のチェックが終わって、いくつかの点が出てきたところです。

・もしくは過去の編者の所属はすべて取っ払うか
あと、過去の編者とこの版の編者の両方に該当する方はどこに入る(両方？)のか？という話が出る

ここまでは主にマージの際の問題でした。
3つ目の項目、リンクについたspan classにtermrefとtermref2ndの二つがあるのですが、これは第2版
の時からのようで、何か理由があったのでしょうか？

となっていますが、適用名称の部分の英語名は何がよいでしょうか。

Appendix Aの文字表で"("などの例示が全角のものになっていますが、意図した挙動でしょうか。これは
第2版から同じです。
