In practice, probably not. However, using this example in training or education means people from a potentially very wide range of locales may want to try it themselves. I have added this example (thank you Steven and Fredrik) to the XML FAQ at https://xml.silmaril.ie/whatisixml.html#filelist and noted that a different set of values would be required for other languages. I suspect that someone, somewhere, has hacked together a locale for the French Revolutionary calendar or Discordian calendar... Peter
