Given the current level of interest in iXML, I think it makes sense to allow non-presenters to attend. We’ll need to find out from CWI what the practical maximum number is and be prepared to cut off registrations if necessary.

No, we can’t say that. We need an objective basis, a code of conduct for example, for reviewing and perhaps rejecting submissions. That will also give us a basis on which to make selections if there are more submissions that we have time for.
