I have managed to get an XSLT implementation of module compiling working 
(it can handle the XForms example in Steven's paper, which involves 
about 8 different components). It's about 200 lines in size (plus an 
xml2ixml library) but it's probably not ready for publication yet - I 
can give a quick demo in tomorrow's meeting if required.
