+ #310 Not possible to set priority on rules
https://github.com/invisiblexml/ixml/issues/310
+ #309 Feature request: Doubled "--" to disable the "-" suppressor marker … for faster iteration
https://github.com/invisiblexml/ixml/issues/309

https://github.com/invisiblexml/ixml/issues/308
+ #322 Extend Unicode version test to cover Unicode 16 and 17
This isn’t an issue, it’s a pull request from Gunther Rademacher
https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/pull/322
Topic: Perspectives on serialization
See https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/pull/296
Preview: https://invisiblexml.org/pr/296/index.html
Diffs: https://invisiblexml.org/pr/296/autodiff.html
Topic: Modularization
Possible discussion of some of the ideas presented in Steven’s MarkupUK paper.
(I’d like to point to it, but the MarkupUK proceedings doesn’t seem to support
doing that. At least, the frames version, which is the only version I can find,
doesn’t.)
Topic: A subtraction operator
See https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/issues/249
Topic: Next meeting
Normal date and time for ixml meetings is every other Tuesday at 3 pm British
Time, 4 pm Central European Time (15:00 UTC during winter time, 14:00 UTC during
summer time)
On the usual schedule, the next meeting would be Tuesday, 25 November, at 15:00
UTC for one hour.
(Norm would have to give regrets for 25 November.)
For the record: the current state of the minute-taking rota is:
+ Steven Pemberton, 2025-09-02
+ John Lumley, 2025-09-30
+ Norm Tovey-Walsh, 2025-10-14
Be seeing you,
norm
