At the previous meetings, we had consensus for items 1-12. The remaining items
are:
Item 13: The legal form of a pragma name must be defined in the specification.
Item 14: The structure of the optional pragma data following the pragma name
must not be defined in the specification.
Item 15: There must be a mechanism by which implementers can ensure that a
chosen pragma name will not conflict with any pragma name used in
other implementations.

Topic: Next meeting
Normal date and time for ixml meetings is every other Tuesday at 3 pm British Time, 4 pm Central European Time (14:00 UTC during summer time, 15:00 UTC during winter time).
On the usual schedule, the next meeting would be Tuesday, 18 March, at 15:00 UTC for one hour. Note that the United States moves to daylight saving time on 9 March. The UK and Europe do not switch until 30 March. Consequently the meeting of 18 March will be one hour later in the United States.
