To try and put pragmas to bed, I'd like to propose a Processing Instruction
style of solution.
* Comments of the form {[ ]} are 'pragmas', intended for communication to
processing software.
* The syntax of pragmas is not further defined by this specification, and
is processor-specific.
* Processors must ignore pragmas they don't recognise.
* A grammar with the pragma present and without it may produce different
results, but the results in both cases must be as defined by this
specification.
