I’m not sure why I accepted this action:

I must have imagined that I could make a redirect for the broken URI or something. But, in fact, the link is to a page on the W3C:

  Latest published version:
    https://www.w3.org/community/reports/ixml/ixml/ 

I can’t fix that. I suggest that Steven will have to ask the W3C to edit-in-place the spec to point to:

  https://invisiblexml.org/current/
