Regrets for 3 October ixml call

Hello,

Please accept my regrets for the ixml call on 3 October. I have to be in
Norwich on 4 October and will be traveling on Tuesday afternoon.

I might just manage to connect to IRC, but there’s little hope I’ll be
in a place where a call is practical.

I’ll try to send updates for anything on my plate before the meeting.
