Right. I tried to resist, but it was futile. I’ve now got a fully functional Emacs major mode for editing iXML grammars based on tree-sitter.

In theory the AST part would work in any editor that supports tree-sitter, so this might be of passing interest even to those of you constrained by *cough* other editors.
