Improved NinML documentation?

Hello world,

If anyone is interested, I’ve taken a stab at improving the NineML
documentation. First, I wrote more of it, always a useful start, but
also, I combined all of the different sets of documentation into a
single site.

I’ve also integrated some of the API documentation.

There are still rough edges and some of the API documentation needs
improving, but I think this will replace the disparate sites “real soon
now”. Any feedback you have would be most appreciated.
