Final draft Invisible XML specification now available

Hi folks,

Per the decisions of the Invisible XML CG today, the draft posted at

  https://invisiblexml.org/ixml-specification.html

is believed to be complete and finished. No outstanding editorial work
is recorded. There are no changes to the Invisible XML grammars since
the posting earlier today.
