Issue 26: Michael, are you satisified that the 31 May draft resolves the
          issue?

Issue 63: Resolved.

Issue 80: Resolved.

Issue 83: I think this is resolved by Steven’s refactoring of
          insertions. John, do you concur?

Issue 89: Conformance of language for grammars in XML
Issue 90: Flaws in schemas for ixml
 Pull 93: Update schemas for ixml grammars
          (Approved but unmerged)

  1. I think these are open.
  2. They seems to suggest that the schema(s) for grammars will appear as
     an appendix in the specification. Unless I’m mistaken, this is not
     currently the case.

Issues relating to the test suite:

Issue 94: integrating error codes into the tests.

 Pull 91: Test cases to fill gaps in the test set
          (Approved but unmerged)
