New draft?

Hi Steven,

I thought you said on the call yesterday that you were planning to
publish a draft that included all of the approved changes so far “before
the end of the day”?

Did I misunderstand? Do you have an ETA?

Once the final technical changes are finished, I think we all need to do
a careful editorial pass before stamping “1.0” on it and shipping it for
XML Prague…within the next four weeks.
