began work on an ixml ruby gem

Hello everyone! Per the subject line, I wanted to announce this (under
development) ruby implementation of ixml:

Once I'm further along with this project I plan to create implementations
in Rust and Elixir. (Well, probably an Elixir wrapper around the Rust
implementation.)

I'm nearly finished with a Homebrew package for installing Coffeepot, but
am currently stuck on a little problem where file permissions make it
non-executable. :/

Who should I reach out to about adding these links to InvisibleXML.org in
the future?
