3/19 draft?

Hi Steven,

During yesterday’s call, we discovered that you have successfully
updated the public spec, but not with the latest draft. The public
version is now dated 3/17 and I think you said you had a 3/19 version
that you would push right after the meeting.

Did you fail to push it, or did it fail to be pushed?
