I wonder if the topics might usefully be grouped a little more aggressively. (I have taken the liberty of sequencing them differently as well, to move web site and test suite up and conformance language down. Not my decision, of course.)

Topic: bug reports / change requests

    https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ixml/2021Jun/0016.html (e in a)
    https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/issues/2 (S between rules)
    https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/issues/1 (may not)

Topic: Website

Topic: Testing and Test Suite

Topic: conformance rules, interoperability, requirements:

Topic: syntactic and functional extensions:

    https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ixml/2021Jun/0003.html (pragmas)
    https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ixml/2021Jun/0004.html (namespace decls, string injection)
    https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ixml/2021Apr/0018.html (string injection)
    https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ixml/2021Jul/0002.html (namespace decls, locality)
