We had a flurry of activity around and after IETF 81, which was good. Since then things have become quiet again, which is not so good. Larry / Martin, where do you stand with 3987bis? Tony / Larry, where do you stand with 4395bis? Julian / Chris, where do you stand with possibly merging draft-reschke-ref-parsing and draft-weber-iri-guidelines, and perhaps finding an editor to drive that work?
