2. draft-ietf-iri-iri-3987bis-03: issues presented by Martin Dürst based on

  Slides 1-5 (Overview): No questions/comments
  Slides 6-9 (Conversion old/new): No questions/comments
  Slides 10-12: iregname: rough consensus to prefer conversion to 
%-encoding over convert to punycode
  Slide 13: iregname: rough consensus not to not require any 
Unicode-to-Unicode mappings
  Slides 14-15 (Query Part): No questions/comments
  Slides 16-18 (Legacy/Bugwards Compatibility):
    abarth-draft: wait until it is published. then discuss it.
  Slides 19-23 (Bidi): We are looking for a volunteer to check out the 
non-jumping restrictions for IRIs.
   Harald Alvestrand did this work for IDNs; check whether he would be 
willing to help.
  Slides 24-25 (other issues): No comments/questions

4. draft-iri-4395bis-irireg-00: issues presented by Tony Hansen based on
http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/79/slides/iri-2.pdf:
  issue a (scheme definitions and %-encoding): Ted will write some summary
  issue b (schemes vs. fragment identifiers):
  General comment about open issues on 4395bis in the tracker 
(http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/iri/trac/report/1?asc=0&sort=component):
  There are many issues that are still listed but probably can be 
closed. Tony to check.
