The IRI Working Group was approved by IESG this Thursday. The official 
announcement should be published early next week.

Ted Hardie is going to be the sole Working Group chair to begin with. I 
will be looking for another co-chair with W3C/HTML5 experience. Please 
let me know if you can recommend somebody (self nominations are accepted).
