Has anyone taken a look at ION or Corda Settler?

With more and more networks going live, interoperability has become a hot
topic. Just curious if anyone in the ILP community has taken a look at Ion
or Corda Settler.

Both claim their primary focus is interop for permissioned networks, but
that distinction seems a bit superfluous since the underlying concepts and
implementations are all pretty similar.
