Has anyone worked out how to incorporate Bitcoin (or Lightning) as a ledger
in a multi-ledger ILP payment?  What scripting would be needed on the
Bitcoin side, what would need to go into the ILP messages to properly
trigger that script, etc.?  Has anyone actually tried this yet?  Thanks.
