Urgh. I thought that when I made the survey results Member visible it would still allow WG participants to see it. Guess not. The issue of a Working Group charter is a Member concern, and most discussion of WAI charter possibilities has taken place in Member space. However, I see nothing for it it in this case but to make the survey results public, since there isn't a "Member plus WG participants" option. I hope this doesn't lead to unpleasant blow-back.
