CfC to Publish Events and User Context Heartbeats

Colleagues:

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish updated working drafts of
both our Events 1.0 and User Context 1.0 specifications as agreed during
our teleconference of 15 April last and logged at:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2015Apr/0006.html

The drafts we propose to publish as our updated Events 1.0 and User
Context 1.0 specification Working Drafts are available at:

Events: https://w3c.github.io/indie-ui/indie-ui-events.html
User Context:	https://w3c.github.io/indie-ui/indie-ui-context.html

Please also note our Editor's comments on changes to the Events
specification at:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2015Apr/0007.html

Action to Take

According to agreed Task Force procedure this CfC is now open for
objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence
will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are certainly
welcome.

If you have objections to publication, or comments on either (or both) of the proposed
updated Working Draft documents, please respond by replying on list to
this message no later than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, Monday 27 April. If no
objections are received by this deadline, this CfC will be confirmed as
a consensus resolution of the IndieUI Task Force and publication of our
updated Events 1.0 and User Context 1.0 specification drafts will proceed.
