Decision on CfC to Publish User Context FPWD (Amended)

Colleagues:

There having been several responses in support of the CfC below, and
none opposed, this CfC is hereby ratified as an IndieUI decision.
Publication of our First Public Working Draft for our User Context 1.0
specification will now proceed.
