PS: FYI: W3C is offering break refreshments from 10:30 - 11:30 in the
expectation that groups will stagger their breaks according to
individual WG requirements. Also, lunch is similarly staggered,
Noon-14:00; and afternoon break from 3:00-4:00 PM. Not sure why this
wasn't more prominently available in TPAC planning resources.
