Just to clarify - I sent this subject line clarification because we noticed during publication preparation the error with the subject. This message was referenced in the Transition Request, and there was a concern that a person reading the transition request would have followed the link to the confirmation of our approval to publish and been unsure which document had been referenced in the call for consensus itself. I sent the subject line clarification to provide a less ambiguous target. Additionally, we verified that there is an appropriate record of approval to publish, which we're summarizing here for reference as needed: * We issued preliminary approval in the 9 January 2013 teleconference http://www.w3.org/2013/01/09-indie-ui-minutes#item01; * Janina sent the email call for consensus http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2013Jan/0027.html; * We received affirmative support to publish by email from: o James Craig http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2013Jan/0028.html o Rich Schwerdtfeger http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2013Jan/0029.html o Caroline Jay http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-indie-ui/2013Jan/0032.html * We did not receive any objections to publish the First Public Working Draft.
