IndieUI Requirements editors' draft created

I've created an editors' draft of IndieUI Requirements based on the
scenarios developed for Events in the wiki, and requirements elucidated
at the last face-to-face meeting. This draft is at:

I'll plan to describe my proposal for the structure during the meeting
