Hi All - in the spirit of trying to use the mail list rather than teleconf time for admin-related topics, below I have two changes to propose for the Participation section of the TF's Work Statement ... Regrets are expected from members of the group that have active roles e.g. Editors, Chair, Team Contact, etc. or commitments e.g. members with Open Actions. Regrets from other group participants are optional./ I think it is useful to know when "key" contributors can't make a call but it's "make work" for the more non-active group members and I personally would consider regrets e-mails from the non-active contributors as SPAM. 3.
